COLAS

Colas Belgium is active in the roadworks sector throughout Belgium and employs over 1,200 people.
In addition to operating works for the development and renovation of mobility networks, Colas Belgium has several industrial activities for the production of materials used in the construction and civil engineering sector (quarries, asphalt plants, concrete plants) as well as several inert materials recycling plants.
At its Seraing plant, Colas Belgium has a new concrete plant capable of producing all types of concrete: standardised concrete, ready-mix concrete, road concrete, stability concrete and concrete made from recycled aggregates.
In addition, on the same plant, a sorting and recycling plant helps to develop the circularity of inert construction materials. After crushing and screening operation, demolition concrete is reused either directly on building sites or as a raw material for concrete, thereby significantly reducing its environmental impact.
