The Liege Port Authority is administered by a Board of Directors comprising representatives of the City of Liege and the Walloon Region. The Presidency is held by Willy DEMEYER, Mayor of the City of Liege.
Two commissioners from the Walloon Government and one commissioner from the City of Liege are responsible for its control.
The Managing Director of the Liege Port Authority acts as secretary to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Liege Port Authority and the implementation of the decisions taken by the Board of Directors.
